What time will you deliver my newspaper during the week?
Answer
If the newspapers arrive at the expected time, 85% of our customers should have received their papers by 7:00am, the remaining 15% are in the most rural locations but should still have received their newspapers by 8:00am

If the newspapers arrive at the expected time, 85% of our customers should have received their papers by 7:30am, the remaining 15% are in the most rural locations but should still have received their newspapers by 8:30am

How do I pay my bill?
Answer
We send bills out every 4 weeks but only if they are more than £15, they will be delivered with your paper in an envelope with our return address on it, please return with a cheque for the amount requested.
In your welcome letter you will also receive our bank details which will enable you to pay your bill via internet banking.

How do I suspend my deliveries when I am on holiday?
Answer
You can tell us your holiday dates by contacting us in one of the ways listed on the Contact Us page or by submitting a Holiday Dates form in the Existing Customer section

Do I have to have a newspaper delivered 7 days a week?
Answer
No, you can have a newspaper delivered on as many days as you require, our delivery charge is daily so you only get charged for the individual days that we deliver

Do you deliver magazines as well?
Answer
Yes, we can deliver weekly, fortnightly, monthly and part works magazines, basically if you see it in a shop we will be able to deliver it

Do I have to sign up to receive deliveries for a fixed period of time?
Answer
No, you can stop receiving deliveries at any time after Contacting Us first
